BAPTISM

At Generations, we believe that baptism is an important step of obedience for the Christian. We hold baptisms during both of our Sunday morning services (9:00 & 10:30am). If you’re considering baptism and want to start the process, click the link below.

The next baptism celebration is Sunday, November 16th — the deadline to sign up is two week before, November 2nd.

CURRENT SERMON SERIES

Elijah’s life shows us that God does His greatest work in both the hidden places and the public moments. From fire on Mount Carmel to a whisper in the wilderness, Elijah’s story reminds us that God is both powerful and personal. In this series, we’ll discover how to walk with God in obscurity, stand with Him in boldness, hear His voice in our weakness, and pass on a legacy that lasts.

Curious what a Sunday at Generations IS like?

Meet sol

Hey Everybody!

My name is Sol and I am the lead pastor of Generations Church. Regardless of how you got here, I’m glad you’re here, and thanks for checking out our website!

Just a little about me: I was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. I grew up as a Duck fan and graduated from the University of Oregon in 2007. My wife’s name is Lizzy and we have 4 kids: Israel, Georgia, Penny, and Hollis. In my free time, I love to watch college football, go on river trail bike rides, eat sugar cookies, and listen to pop music!

My prayer for Generations Church is that we would become a church where all kinds of people feel welcomed, encouraged, and inspired, and that we would be a blessing to the Eugene community and the U of O campus for many generations to come.

Committed to the Campus

We believe the university campus is a very strategic place for gospel ministry. Every year 5,000+ students move to Eugene from all around the world to learn new skills, meet new people, and set the trajectory for the rest of their life. We want the gospel to be part of that equation.

Committed to the Next Generation

We also believe that the best context for discipleship is a multi-generational church. Therefore, our vision is to be a church family with a special focus on college students: a church family for the next generation.
